Cantor Gaming offers the following payment methods for the affiliates.     -- Cheque     -- Bank Transfer     -- NETeller
	Payments are made by the 15th of each calendar month for the immediately preceding calendar month.
	If you have registered for more than one Cantor Gaming operated casino, the payment amount will be calculated for all casinos and will be made as a single payment.
